Team Performance

See turnaround times, workload and reply speed across your team, worked out from the dates Flyte already records.

1 min read

Team Performance (under Reports) shows how quickly work moves through your team: from order to purchase order, from enquiry to first response, and how fast messages are answered. It is worked out from dates Flyte already records, so there is nothing to fill in. The page is read-only.

You need the Financials permission to see it.

#Choosing the period

Use the quick ranges 30 days, 90 days or 12 months, or set your own From and To dates.

#What the page shows

#Tiles

  • Order → PO (median) — how long it typically takes from an order to its purchase order.
  • Order → first touch (median) — how long before someone first works on an order.
  • Enquiries waiting on customers — enquiries where the next move is the customer's.
  • Messages unanswered — out of the inbound messages in the period.

#Visual turnaround by designer

For each designer: rounds answered, the average and worst time from sending a visual to the customer answering, and how many are still open.

#Waiting on customers

The chase list, right now. Items waiting more than 7 days are amber; more than 14 days, red. Click one to open it on Visuals.

#Current workload

Open enquiries per designer.

#How fast we reply

For customer and factory messages: how many were received, how many were never replied to, and the average reply time.

#Reading the figures fairly

  • Designer figures follow whoever is currently assigned. Reassigning a visual moves its history with it, so treat per-designer numbers as indicative.
  • Order → PO is a team figure, not per person.

#Common questions

A designer's numbers changed overnight. A visual was reassigned, and its history moved with it.
