The Orders page

Find your way around the Orders list, what each stage counter and chip means, and the actions available on each row.

Orders lists every customer order, from draft to delivered. An order is what the customer buys. Once it is confirmed it becomes one or more purchase orders (POs) for your factories.

Orders come from three places: an approved visual, the customer portal, or your team pressing New order (for example when a customer emails you a PO).

#Stage counters

Across the top, counters show how many orders are at each stage. Click one to filter the list.

#Toolbar

  • Search orders…
  • All Statuses and All Factories filters.
  • Hide Completed.
  • To do — shows only orders waiting on your team: unread messages, urgent orders, or orders at Ready to Check, Scheduling, Sample Changes, Awaiting Shipping Instructions or Ready to Ship.
  • Saved view tabs, if your account has them set up.

Tick rows to see Merge and Delete (drafts only). The header has Create PO from selected and New order.

#Columns and chips

Columns are Order #, Customer, Order title, Contact, Status, Days to due and Units.

Draft orders carry a chip saying where they are:

Chip Meaning
No products yet Nothing has been added.
Ready to send Products are in, but nobody has pressed send. It shows how many days it has waited.
With customer The customer has the link.
Changes requested The customer sent artwork back.

A red URGENT chip means the date asked for is inside the standard lead time. A Pricing query chip stays until someone marks the query settled.

#The row menu

The ⋯ menu on each row offers:

  • View Order.
  • For unconfirmed drafts: Send for review & confirmation, Re-send review request or Re-send confirmation email.
  • Split Order (A/B), Partial Delivery (A1/A2), Shipment Split.
  • View PO, View Messages, Files.

Click an order number, or ⋯ → View Order, to open the order workspace. Each order has its own shareable link.

#Common questions

The Active Orders number on the dashboard is much bigger than this list. The dashboard counts finished orders too. Use the stage counters here, or Hide Completed.

Why does the To do switch count differ from the To Get Done badge? They use different rules and aren't meant to match.

I deleted a draft by mistake. Deleted drafts go to the Graveyard, where you can restore them.
