The dashboard and To Get Done
Read the dashboard's cards and counts, use To Get Done as your team's live work list, and find things fast with search, the bell and the New menu.
The dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It greets you, shows today's date and how much is waiting on you, and almost everything on it clicks through to a list that is already filtered. To Get Done is the full version: one list of everything waiting on your team.
#The dashboard
Header buttons: Calendar, View Orders, New Visual and New Product (which starts a base product).
Headline cards (you only see cards for pages you can open):
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Visuals with customers | Jobs sent and waiting on the customer, and how many have waited over 5 days. |
| Orders to check | Orders the customer has confirmed (Ready to Check), with total units. Your move. |
| POs past due | Open POs past their date, and the factories involved. |
| Unread messages | From customers and factories. Opens Messages. |
At a glance: Active Orders, Products (base and customer), Open POs, B2B Customers and Factories.
Good to know
Active Orders counts every order that isn't deleted, including completed and closed ones. It is a total, not "in progress". Open POs counts only Draft and Submitted POs.
Production pipeline — open POs as a coloured bar by stage, plus how many are on hold. Click a stage to open those POs.
To get done — the top waiting items; See all opens the full page. Factory messages — the latest factory conversations, with Open messages.
Reminders due — appears only when one of your order or PO reminders, or a public one, is due.
Orders In Production — up to 10 orders not yet shipping (drafts included), with Order #, Customer, Items, Status and Factory. View All opens Orders.
Quick actions: Add Product, Purchase Orders, Customers and Settings.
#To Get Done
Open To Get Done from the sidebar; its badge is the total outstanding. Everything is worked out live, so there is nothing to tick off: an item drops off when the work is done. Refresh recounts.
A summary strip sits at the top, then a card per group: Orders, Purchase orders, Approvals, Quotes and Messages. Each row shows a count, what it is, a tag (Urgent, Needs action or Your move) and a button that opens the list already filtered. When everything is clear it says "Nothing waiting on you".
| Row | What to do |
|---|---|
| Orders confirmed by the customer | Check — they're at Ready to Check; check them and raise the PO. |
| Draft orders not yet confirmed | They're with the customer or were never sent — send or chase. |
| Live orders with no purchase order | Raise one. Urgent. |
| Orders with no delivery address | Get it from the customer. |
| Date requests with a factory | Unanswered — chase the factory. |
| Draft POs never sent | Send — the factory hasn't seen them. |
| Factory changes / panel prints awaiting a decision | Review on Approvals. |
| Quotes sent with no answer | Follow up. |
| Unread messages | Read. |
Above the cards are Your reminders (only you see these) and Team reminders (public).
You only see rows for pages you can open, so a colleague may see a row you don't.

#Common questions
