Settings: General
Set your company name and contact email, upload your logo, choose your brand colour and currency, add your warehouse address and recolour statuses.
Settings → General holds who you are: your company details, your branding, your addresses and the colours of your statuses. These appear on login screens, emails, approval pages, PDFs and purchase orders, so it's the first thing to fill in.
#Company
Company name, Trading name, Contact email, Phone, Website and Tagline (shown on the login screen).
The Contact email matters more than it looks. Internal alerts that have no recipient of their own go here:
- quote accepted and quote declined;
- factory change requests and approval requests;
- customer change requests on production photos;
- factory replies on PO threads;
- your copy of a deleted PO notice.
Watch out
Use an inbox someone actually reads. A "no-reply" address here means nobody is told when a factory writes or a quote is accepted.
#Brand
- Logo — Upload logo. A PNG or SVG on a transparent background works best.
- Logo for dark backgrounds — optional white or light version for the dark menu. Blank uses the main logo; Remove clears it.
- Brand colour — paints the banner behind your logo and the buttons on every email. It must be dark, because button text is white. A customer's own colour wins on emails about them. Black is a valid, deliberate choice.
- Currency — your business currency. Blank shows Not set (NZD). Only currencies with cents are supported. A customer can have their own currency on their record.
- How it will look — a live preview of an email with your logo and colour.
#Addresses
- Business address.
- Warehouse / delivery address — where factories send goods by default. It prints in the Deliver To block on every PO.
Press Save company info. Changes show on the next page load.
#Order statuses and purchase order statuses
The order and PO lifecycles are fixed, because each status carries automation, so you can't add or delete statuses. You can recolour any status, and the new colour shows on the team, factory and customer portals.
- Orders: Draft, Ready to Check, Scheduling, Submitted, Panel Prints to Review, Partial Panel Prints to Review, Sample Approval, Partial Sample Approval, Sample Changes, Partial Sample Changes, PPS Approval, Production, Awaiting Shipping Instructions, Ready to Ship, Shipping, Received, Out for Delivery, Local Shipping, Delivered, Closed, Partial On Hold, On Hold.
- Purchase orders: Draft (invisible to the factory), Submitted, Not Approved (the factory requested changes), Production, Ready to Ship, Shipping, Delivered, Partial On Hold, On Hold, Closed (delivered and paid in full).
Tip
Need a new state? It's almost always better as a flag beside the status. Ask your platform support team rather than repurposing an existing status.
#Order views
If your account imports orders from Shopify, you can add saved tabs to the Orders page, each filtering by a Shopify tag. Press Add view to create one.
#Common questions
My logo, name or colour is wrong on emails. Check General, then press Save company info.
A customer's emails use a different colour. They have their own brand colour on their customer record, which wins on emails about them.
Factories are sending goods to the wrong place. Check the Warehouse / delivery address, which prints on every PO.
