Calendar and closures

The Calendar shows your factory's closures and holidays, and the ETD of every PO. When you add a closure, it is sent to every company you make for, so they can plan around it.

#Using the calendar

• Choose Month or List view.
• Use Today, Previous month and Next month to move around.
• The calendar shows Closure bands, PO ETD chips and your Reminder pills.
• It follows the Viewing company selector.

The side column shows:

• Closures & holidays
• Coming up — ETDs in the next 14 days.
• A warning when POs are past their ETD.

#Adding a closure

1. Press Add closure.
2. Choose the Type:
   • Chinese New Year
   • Golden Week
   • Public holiday
   • Factory shutdown
   • Other
3. Enter a Reason. It is required and must be under 200 characters.
4. Choose the First day closed and the Last day closed.
5. Add Notes if you want. Only your factory sees these.
6. Press Save closure.

#What the companies see

The closure is sent to every company you make for. Each one sees it on their own calendar as "your factory name closed — reason". Their customers never see your factory's name.

You can Edit or Remove a closure. The companies' calendars update too.

#Closures and your ETDs

Watch out

A closure warns about dates that fall inside it. It does not move any ETD. Set your ETDs around your closures yourself.

#Common questions

Did the company get my closure? Check the delivery line under the closure. "has it" means yes.

Will a closure change my ETDs? No. Update your ETDs yourself.

Can a company see my closure notes? No. Only your factory sees the Notes.

A teammate cannot see the Calendar. Their access was never set. Your owner or admin ticks the page for them on Team.
