To get done and the Dashboard
Use To get done to see every task waiting on your factory, and the Dashboard to see your production at a glance.
Two pages give you an overview of your work. To get done lists every task that is waiting on your factory. The Dashboard shows your production in numbers. Many factories start each day on To get done.

Where: sidebar → To get done.
This page puts everything that is waiting on your factory in one place. It updates by itself when anything changes, so you do not need to refresh it.
#Tags
Each task has a tag:

| Urgent | Late, or about to be late. |
| Needs action | Something you must do. |
| Your move | The next step is yours. |
| Waiting on others | For information only. Nothing to do unless they reply. |
#The tasks you may see
- purchase orders to accept — set an ETD and accept them to start production.
- POs the merchant has changed — check what changed before you carry on.
- POs past their ETD — ship them, or update the ETD so the company knows.
- POs due in the next 7 days.
- production photos not sent to the merchant — you uploaded them but did not submit them. Submit them on the PO.
- pre-production samples to ship — the company needs a sample before bulk production.
- lines ready to ship — finished, but not on a shipment yet.
- shipments to book — being packed. Add the carrier and tracking, then mark that the goods left the factory.
- shipped POs to request payment for.
- unread merchant messages.
- date requests to answer — the company asked if a date is possible.
- proposals waiting on the merchant — for information only.
#Acting on a task
Each row has a button that takes you straight to the work: Open, Review, Answer, Request or Board. Show the records lists the POs behind a number.
Your due reminders appear above the list. See Reminders.
When you see Nothing waiting on you, everything is done or is with the company.

#Production pipeline
The Production pipeline shows your open POs by stage: New, Not approved, Production, On hold, Ready to ship and Shipping.
The Dashboard also shows Latest messages, Recent purchase orders, and shortcuts to the main pages.
#Common questions
A task will not go away. The count clears on the next update once the work is done. Reload the page if needed.
Why is a PO "past its ETD"? Its ETD date has passed and it has not shipped. Ship it, or open the PO and save a new ETD. See Accepting a PO and what each status means.
What should I do with "Waiting on others"? Nothing. These are shown so you know they are still open.
