Production photos and panel prints
Upload and submit panel prints for approval, resubmit after changes, mark repeat orders, and add finished garment photos.
Before you sew, you photograph the printed panels. These photos are called panel prints (or production photos). The company and their customer check them and approve them. This catches mistakes before the whole order is made.
#Uploading and submitting panel prints
- Open the PO.
- On each product, press + Photos or Upload panel prints, and choose one or more photos.
- Press Submit production photos on the product, or Submit all production photos for the whole PO.
- You are asked "Notify the admin that your production photos are ready for review?". Confirm. The company is told.
Watch out
Uploading is not submitting. Until you press submit, the company is not told. The PO shows N photos not submitted, and Waiting on you on the PO means the same thing. This is the most common reason a company says they never got your photos.

While changes are requested, the PO shows a Changes pill.
#Resubmitting after changes
- Read the note on the product.
- Fix the problem and upload new photos.
- Submit them.
- You are asked "What changed in these photos?". Write a short answer, for example "Fixed — logo moved 10mm up".
The company and the customer see your answer next to the new photos. Each round is numbered: Round 2, and so on.
#Repeat orders
If a product has been made before and needs no panel prints, press Mark as Repeat Order. It then shows "No panel prints required". Press Unmark to undo this.
#Finished garment photos
After Production complete, you can add photos of the finished garments. Use Upload finished photos or Add Production Photos.
These are not panel prints. They need no approval.
#Common questions
The company says they never got my photos. You uploaded them but did not press Submit production photos.
I see "Nothing new to submit". Those photos were already submitted.
Do I need panel prints for every product? Yes, unless the product is marked Repeat Order.
I uploaded the wrong photo. Use the delete (bin) button on the photo if it is shown, then upload the right one. Once the photo is with the customer, message the company instead.
