Three pages hold your reference information. Products lists the products assigned to your factory. Resources is your fabric catalogue. Customers lists the companies you make for, with their POs, products and payments.

#Products

Where: sidebar → Products.

#Tabs

  • All
  • Customer-specific — made for one end customer, with their artwork.
  • Base products — the standard style.
  • Missing images

You can search by code or description, filter by style, company, customer, sub group or status, and sort.

The columns are Code, Description, Style, Type, MOQ, Lead time and Status.

A product marked Inactive was switched off by the company. You can still read it.

Two more parts are useful:

  • Customer history — up to 5 past products for the same customer group that share a colour. Use it to match colours with what you made before.
  • Internal notes — shared with the company's team.

To change anything else, press Edit on a section and then Save changes. The change goes to the company for approval. See Proposing changes, prices and custom items.

Good to know

Factories only see buy prices — what you are paid. You do not see the company's selling price.

#Resources: fabric specs

Where: sidebar → Resources.

This is your fabric catalogue. The companies pick from these specs when they build products.

  • Press Add fabric. Only the Code is required. You can also add Weight, Type, Composition and Uses.
  • Edit fabrics directly. No approval is needed.
  • Upload an image for each fabric.
  • Internal notes are seen only by your team. They are never sent to the companies.
  • Updates from the companies appear here automatically.

#Customers: the companies you make for

Where: sidebar → Customers.

There is one row per company, with Connection, Open POs, Open units, In production, Products and Their customers.

The tiles show Open POs, Units in production, Overdue POs and Awaiting payment.

Open a company to see these tabs: Overview, Purchase orders, Products, Their customers (the end-customer names on their products, with Sub groups), Shipments, Payments and Date requests.

Press Show only their work everywhere to set Viewing to that company. See Finding your way around.

#Connection

Connection shows Healthy, No sync yet or Last sync failed. If it stays failed, tell Support.
