Delivery addresses
Where your saved addresses come from, how to choose one when confirming, and how to change the address on an order.
Every order needs a delivery address before it can be sent. You choose it when you confirm the order, and you can change it later from the order in the portal.
#Where addresses come from
- Company saved addresses — set up by your supplier. One is marked Default. Ask your supplier to add or change one.
- Group addresses — each sub group (club, school or team) can have its own delivery address. Your account admin sets these in My groups. See Managing your groups.
- A one-off address typed in on an order.
#Choosing an address when confirming
On the confirmation page, Where is this order going? offers:
- Already on this order
- One of your saved or group addresses
- Somewhere else — fill in Attention / contact name, Company or school (optional), Street address, Suburb / unit (optional), city, postcode, Region (optional), country and Phone (optional).
- I'll confirm the delivery address later — tick this if you don't know it yet. It won't hold the order up.
If you tick the last option, To get done lists the order under Orders still need a delivery address. Add the address takes you straight to it. Your supplier will chase it before the goods are ready to send.
#Changing an order's address
- Go to Orders and open the order.
- In Delivery, press Change address.
- Pick a card: On this order now, a Saved address, a Sub group address — or Enter a different address ("Type it in, or search for it").
- Press Save address.
Your supplier is told about the change.
Watch out
if you change the address late, message your supplier on the order too, so they can check the goods haven't already been sent.
#Common questions
I ticked "confirm the address later". Where do I add it? To get done → Orders still need a delivery address → Add the address, or Change address on the order.
How do I add a new saved company address? Ask your supplier.
