The portal holds every product your supplier has made for you, the standard styles you can build new products from, the off-the-shelf stock range, and reference material such as the colour chart. This article explains where each one lives and what you can do with it.

#Your catalogue

Open Catalogue (My Catalogue). It has two tabs.

Customer Specific holds ready-to-order styles made for you, with your artwork on them. You can narrow the list with All groups, All ranges, All styles and All categories, or search. You see products for the groups you're assigned to plus products that aren't in any group. Your account admin sees everything.

Base Products holds standard styles you can build a new product from. This tab only appears if you have any.

#Opening a product

Click a product to see its images, Description, Gender, Size Group, Neckline/Waist, Features, lead time, size chart, Logos & Detailings, Artwork colours and Order history ("Orders you have placed for your own versions of this product").

Pricing shows your price per quantity break. The more units you order, the lower the unit price.

From the product you can:

  • Add to Order — for your own products. Choose the Quantity per size and it goes into the Locker Room, your basket. See The Locker Room.
  • Start Enquiry or Add Enquiry — for a base style. It becomes an enquiry for new artwork. See Making an enquiry or requesting a price.
  • Download template — the artwork template, where there is one.
  • Download details — an A4 image of the product and its details, handy for sharing.

Some products show Price on enquiry instead of a price, with a Request a price button. These are priced per job.

Good to know

if a product says "Please contact us to confirm sizing", message your supplier before you order it.

#Hiding products you no longer use

  1. Tick the products.
  2. Press Make Inactive and confirm.

Nothing is deleted. The products move to Inactive (n), where Make Active brings them back. Products that have order history can't be made inactive.

#Stock

Open Stock to see off-the-shelf ranges. Choose a brand, then browse Ready-to-order styles with live stock by colour and size.

Stock is for checking availability. To order from it, message your supplier or start an enquiry.

#Resources

These are under the More menu.

  • Colour chart — "Click a swatch to copy its code". Colours look different on different screens, so ask your supplier for a physical colour chart if colour matters.
  • Fabrics — the fabric range, with Fabric, Code, Type, Weight, Composition and Uses. Click one to enlarge it. Ask your account manager for a fabric book.
  • My detailings — the neck labels, neck tape, care labels and woven tabs your supplier holds on file for you, each with a thumbnail and size.

#About detailings

Detailings are decoration that goes on a garment but isn't a printed logo. Your supplier sets them up once against your account, and from then on they can be added to any product. You'll see them wherever you see logo placements, under the heading Logos & Detailings. To add a new one or change one, contact your account manager. Your supplier sets them up so the factory always works from the same file.

#Common questions

A product is missing. It may belong to a group you're not in, or it may be Inactive. Check Inactive, or ask your account admin.

Why is there no price? The product is Price on enquiry or "Pricing on request". Use Request a price or ask your supplier.

Can I order from Stock? Not from that page. Message your supplier.

Do prices include GST? The Locker Room and your orders show GST separately.
