Raising an order from approved products

Order products you approved for later on a visual, or reorder products already made for you from your catalogue.

2 min read

Once a design is approved you can order it whenever you're ready. There are two ways to place an order without starting a new enquiry: raise an order from products you approved for later on a visual, or order products already made for you straight from your catalogue.

#Raising an order from a visual

Use this for products you approved with Approve for Later.

How you get there:

  • Raise Order Now in your "response received" email.
  • Visuals → Place order › on an approved job.

#Step by step

  1. Your approved products are listed. If you came from a button in an older email, it isn't tied to one job: pick the job under Order from this job first.
  2. Tick Include on this order for each product you want.
  3. Enter quantities per size. Rows for names and numbers appear once quantities are in.
  4. Attach your PO (optional).
  5. Enter Your name and press Submit Order.

You'll see "Your order has been submitted. You'll receive an order confirmation email once it's checked and confirmed."

If the page says "No approved products", nothing is waiting to be ordered. Products appear here once they've been approved on a visual.

#Ordering from your catalogue

For products already made for you:

  1. Go to Catalogue, open the product and press Add to Order.
  2. Choose the Quantity per size.
  3. Open the Locker Room and press Submit.

You can also start from Orders → Order from your catalogue. See The Locker Room for freight, dates and references.

#What happens next

Your order is created as a draft. You'll be asked to confirm it with your PO number, freight method, delivery address and required-by date. See Confirming an order.

Good to know

on a repeat order, panel prints may not be needed. A product marked "Repeat order — no panel photos required" goes ahead as previously approved.

#Common questions

Raise Order Now asks which job. It's from an older email that isn't tied to one job. Pick the job.

A product I approved isn't listed. It may already have been ordered, or it may not have been approved. Check the job under Visuals.

Can I change the design on a repeat? Products that have been ordered can't be changed from the job with Make further changes. Message your supplier about what you'd like changed.
