The Locker Room

Use the Locker Room basket to collect products to order and styles to enquire about, choose freight and a date, and send it all in one go.

2 min read

The Locker Room is your basket. As you browse the catalogue you add things with Add to Order or Add Enquiry, then send everything together. Orders and enquiries can sit in it side by side; one submit sends both.

#Opening it

Press the Locker Room button in the top bar. The number on it is how many items are inside.

#What's in it

Order items are your own products, with quantities per size. Each line shows the Unit price for that quantity break and a Line total. Underneath you'll see the Subtotal, GST, Order Total and Total units. Remove takes a line out.

If you see "Below the minimum order of …", add more units to that product.

Enquiry items are styles you want artwork designed for. They have no prices yet.

#Choosing freight

Pick one freight method for the whole order, for example Air or Sea, each with a rough shipping time. The prices shown are for the method you've chosen. Only the methods available to you appear, and one may already be selected.

#Choosing a date

  • Leave blank for the standard lead time. The earliest standard date is shown, with the Estimated lead time.
  • Need it sooner? Tick This is an urgent request — I need it sooner than the standard lead time and pick your date. Choosing an earlier date ticks the box for you.

Watch out

an urgent date isn't guaranteed. Your supplier checks whether it's achievable and confirms the date with you before committing to it.

#Sending it

  1. Enter your Enquiry / PO #. This is required — use your own reference or purchase order number.
  2. Add an Order description / name, for example "Riverside Rugby Club — Winter Tour".
  3. Add any Attachments for enquiry items — up to 4 files, 20MB each, such as logos or sketches.
  4. Press Submit. The page reminds you: "Orders go to Draft · Enquiries go to your Visual Jobs".

#What happens next

  • Order items become a Draft Order under Orders, with you as the order's contact. A draft isn't in production. You'll be asked to confirm it first. See Confirming an order.
  • Enquiry items become a visual job under Visuals, and you get an "enquiry received" email. Your supplier then designs the artwork and sends it for your approval.

#Common questions

My Locker Room has emptied. It's kept in the browser you added things in. A different computer, a phone, or a browser with its data cleared starts empty.

A product won't go in. It's marked Price on enquiry. Use Request a price on the product instead. See Making an enquiry or requesting a price.

Can I mix orders and enquiries? Yes. One submit sends both, split as described above.

Can I choose different freight for different products? No. There's one freight method per order.

Is my urgent date guaranteed? No. Your supplier checks it and comes back to you.
