Your home page and To get done

What you see when you sign in, how to use the calendar, and how To get done lists everything that is waiting on you.

3 min read

When you sign in you land on Home, which shows where your orders are up to. To get done, in the top bar, is a single list of everything waiting on you. Between them, they're the quickest way to keep your orders moving.

#Your home page

Open Home at any time, or click your supplier's logo in the top left. It greets you with "Welcome back … here's where your orders are up to." You'll find:

  • Start a new enquiry — opens the enquiry form, for when you want something new designed. See Making an enquiry or requesting a price.
  • A banner when something needs your approval, with Also waiting on you: listing anything else.
  • Orders in progress — each open order shown against the order stages. All orders or See all orders takes you to Orders. If nothing is open you'll see "Nothing in progress — everything has been delivered."
  • Four counts — In production, Shipping, My products and Open enquiries.
  • Calendar — your delivery dates and production closure days (such as public holidays), plus any events you add.
  • Coming up — the next dates from the calendar.

#Adding to the calendar

  1. Press + Add Event, or drag across the dates you want.
  2. Enter a Title, Start, End and any Notes.
  3. Press Save.

Open an event to edit it or Delete it.

Good to know

events you add are shared with everyone at your company, so use the calendar for dates your colleagues should see too.

A "production closed" day means no production happens that day. Allow for it when you're planning dates.

#To get done

To get done sits in the top bar, with a badge showing how many things are waiting. Its description says it all: "What is waiting on you — the quickest way to keep your orders moving." Items are grouped under Orders, Approvals and Messages:

What you'll see Button What it means
Panel prints waiting for your approval Review panel prints The factory has made a sample print and production is waiting on your sign-off. Listed first for that reason.
Orders waiting for you to confirm Review & confirm A draft order needs your confirmation before anything is made.
Orders still need a delivery address Add the address You ticked "I'll confirm the address later" when confirming.
Enquiries waiting for your approval Review artwork Artwork (a visual or job sheet) is ready for your decision.
Unread notifications — Updates you haven't read yet.

Items marked Urgent are inside the standard lead time, so act on those first. Refresh re-checks the list. When everything is done you'll see "You are all caught up — nothing is waiting on you."

Tip

if you only have a few minutes, work down To get done from the top, starting with panel prints.

#Common questions

Something I expect isn't in To get done. You only see items for the orders and jobs you can see. Orders show to the person who is that order's contact. Ask your account admin or your supplier to check. See Who in your organisation sees what.

Can I add things to the calendar? Yes, with + Add Event. Everyone at your company will see it.

What should I do first? Work down To get done, starting with panel prints.
