Approving panel prints
Check photos of the factory's sample print before the full production run, and approve or request changes product by product.
Before the factory runs your whole order, they make a sample print and photograph it. Your supplier sends you those photos to sign off. This is the last check on colour and quality against the real thing rather than a screen.
Watch out
production waits on this. The sooner you approve, the sooner your order goes into production.
#How you get there
- The "samples ready for approval" email.
- To get done → Review panel prints. It's listed first because production is waiting.
- The pink badge on Orders ("Panel prints waiting for your approval").
The link needs no login. If someone else should make the call, forward it to them.
While this is open, your order shows the Artwork Approval stage.
#Checking the photos
Each product shows its photos. Click a photo to open it full size, then scroll to zoom and drag to move around. This is the check where detail matters: stitching, a colour against a reference, the edge of a print. The photo opens at full resolution rather than as the thumbnail you clicked.
#Step by step
- For each product, choose Approve or Request Changes.
- If you request changes, fill in "Describe the changes needed…" and press Submit change request.
- To approve everything you haven't decided yet, press Approve all remaining.
- Enter Your name and any extra notes (optional).
- Press Confirm approval.
You get a receipt by email showing what was decided.
#What happens next
- Approved products carry on into production.
- A product with a change request goes back to the factory. Changes on one product don't hold up the others.
Some products show "Repeat order — no panel photos required". Those proceed as previously approved, with nothing for you to do.
#Common questions
Can I zoom into the photos? Yes. Click a photo, then scroll and drag.
I rejected one product. Does the whole order stop? No. Only that product waits; the rest carry on.
Why are there no photos on one product? It's a repeat order that was approved before.
The link says it has expired. The review was replaced or has already been done. Check To get done, or ask your supplier.
What's a pre-production sample? Some orders also have a complete sample garment to approve. See Pre-production samples and job sheets.
