Your visual jobs and their statuses

Follow every enquiry on the Visuals page, understand what each status means, and know which button to press next.

Every enquiry you or your colleagues raise becomes a visual job. The Visuals page ("Visual jobs") lists them all, so you can see at a glance which jobs need your review, which are ready to order, and which are still with the designer.

#The Visuals page

Each row shows the Reference, Sub group, Products, Created date and status.

Filters at the top:

  • All jobs
  • Awaiting your review — artwork is ready for your decision.
  • Ready to order — everything is approved and can be ordered.
  • A status filter and a sub group filter.

Each row has a button that tells you what to do next:

Button When it shows What it does
Review › The job is waiting on you Opens the artwork to approve. See Approving a visual.
Place order › The job is approved and ready to order Opens the order page for the approved products. See Raising an order from approved products.
View › Anything else Opens the job so you can see its products and notes.

Good to know

Partially Approved can't be ordered. An order needs every product on the job approved, so the rest have to be decided first.

#Opening a job

Open a job to see its products and notes. Make further changes reopens products that haven't been ordered yet, so you can ask for more changes. Products that have already been ordered can't be changed.

#Common questions

I can't see a job a colleague raised. You see jobs for the groups you're assigned to, plus any you raised or are the contact on. See Who in your organisation sees what.

How do I change an enquiry I've already sent? Message your supplier, or use Make further changes once artwork is back.

My job says Approved but nothing has been ordered. That's expected if you chose Approve for Later. Press Place order › when you're ready.
